Close to everything you could want in pattaya, clean and not noisy if you get a room high up and on the city side. Definitely a place more for people who want to be out till late hours!

Avoid this hotel at all cost. Bathroom smell like sewage. Old facilities. Very noisy window not soundproof at all. Balcony door just held with a pin can easily be open by anyone.

Pro - Good mattress and pillow - Near to Walking Street and convenience store Cons - Cleanliness of the floor. Oily and left your feet with black stain - Shower drainage not fully work - Expect noisy ambience. But they provide ear plug

Check in took a very long time. They could not find our booking. Bed was big and comfortable. Bathrooms could be better. Location was excellent.

Location is excellent, staff helpful and friendly, room was as good as can be expected for the price, it had everything that is needed. Ended up staying over a week and got a better rate at the front desk. Only negative was a slight stale smell whenever getting back to the room but quickly went after opening the door for 5 minutes
