My initial room was not up to my expectations, so I paid extra to be upgraded. My upgraded room was spacious, cleaned daily, had a balcony and views of the surrounding area. The hotel staff were professional but courteous, creating a nice friendly enviroment.

Small room in clapped out hotel. Nothing realy works very well. And the various signs and vending machines around the place promising to part you from your money are tacky. The pool area is tiny. For first time ever didn't return for breakfast on second morning.

Pretty good rooms, nice swimming pool. It should be noted that there is a cheaper wing of the hotel on the backside of the pool wing, where I stayed. Free buffet breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but for free who is complaining?

This is a quality budget hotel. The pool loungers need replacing but that is only negative comment. This was not a real issue as the beach was within walking distance and i prefer the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole place was constantly cleaned. Anna's cafe/restaurant served good basic food. Handy for shops and ATMs. The baht bus can be caught outside hotel in either direction.

There's some cultural authenticity and sophistication - not just a generic guesthouse. There's a warm sense of hospitality, and honest booking policies - can't say the same for other places in Jomtien

Unbeatable value for money in this part of Pattya. The furniture, common spaces and overall design have a lot of old charm from an earlier generation, it's more intimate than so many generic hotels. I booked 10 days here and I would have stayed longer but they were sold out.

Great value
This hotel is quite possibly the best value I've ever had 11 Euros for a 3/ 4-star hotel. The hotel is obviously got its pricing policy correct because this was full even in this difficult economic time, I stayed in other hotels in the same area that had very few customers.

The hotel is currently excellent value and very efficiently run with polite friendly staff. My only omplaint is the tasteless coffee even though they have a good coffee machine.

😁 This is a very nice hotel. Clean, slightly dated decor, but was very comfortable. No complaints. All staff were excellent, couldn't be more helpful. 😔 We had a mini-suite (which we thought would be a better room), but it was located in the back tower, so didn't have much of a view. It was double aspect but okay until you see the pool view the deluxe room get. 😢 My advice would be, is to book a Deluxe room with view over the pool and garden. But we didn't know that at the time. But the room we had was still very nice, with the breakfast room straight out the lift. 😁 Over all, we enjoyed the experience enough to book another week in a month's time (New Year). This time a deluxe room with balcony. And again in March hopefully. There are more modern hotels, but this one feels homely, it has character, and a good atmosphere about it. It beats slick, modern places with no atmosphere, in my opinion.

Great staff but hotel in need of a few upgrades
Biggest issue was a faulty air con that blasted extremely cold air in spite of the staff's initial efforts to repair. Finally on last day they replaced a part and it was fine. Also, would be good to discourage people (especially the bus tours every night) from smoking in the lobby. TV was quite limited re the English speaking sports such as golf channel and Fox sports. On the positive side the staff was very friendly and helpful. On last suggestion: The restaurant should take credit cards.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and hope to visit it again in the future. The staff remembers us. We have noticed that the hotel has been taking steps to keep it in good shape. The breakfast area has been upgraded and more of a choice has been added. The pool area has some railings added and a kids corner. The hotel general area is kept clean. Staff were helpful with printing boarding passes for us. Location is great for our needs. My only small complaint would be the weak WiFi. We do not recommend the rooms without a balcony.

The rooms were nice, large and clean however there were no utenciles in the kitchenett so weren't able to use it. Hotel staff were hard to communicate with. Next to no tourist brochures in reception. We used Triposo app in the end. Breakfast was horrible just young Thai lads preparing it no chef really 0 out of 10 for that, no covers over the fruit so covered in flies the coffee was as thick as tar. Cornflakes and milk was all I could stomach. It was next to dive shop so saved us time traveling to a fro
