The hotel is in a poor state of repair, with outdated and dilapidated rooms. Service is very poor from all but the Guest Relations team. Food quality is high and the pool is very nice. Overall a huge disappointment for a 4 star property.

Dream holiday with family
Our stay was AMAZING. I visited with my two kids, they LOVED our stay especially the amazing central pool and the pool by the ocean. What really made our stay memorable was Pasta Pasta restaurant where the Pizza and Pasta was out-of-this-world. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxed holiday where you literally don't need to leave the hotel, all your fun/comfort needs are fully provided.

Very Old room and noisy but spacious. No soundproof beween room. Front office is bad and very slow service. Took 1 hour to check in.

If you're looking for a family hotel this is a good place to stay as it has 4+ pools and a beach. We stayed in the Ocean Wing which was in very good condition considering the hotel is a bit dated. The service was good and the staff were friendly.

Loves this hotel!
My time in Pattaya was incredible, mostly because of my stay in this hotel. It’s right on the beach. Rooms are clean and inviting. Staff was kind and helpful. I particularly appreciate the manager at check in. There was confusion that happened upon arrival even through my room was pre-paid for upon reservation. The manager promptly fixed the problem and upgraded us as well! We had a lovely time! Will definitely stay here again!

If you enjoy super slow life, here you go.
old facilities, staffs generally don't speak English, super slow in servicing, such as request for a bill in Pasta Pasta would need several times of asking and chasing, then to wait half an hour for the bill to sign.

Hotel with plenty of swimming pools.
My last stay at the Ambassador was over 20 years ago hence quite surprised at the good condition of the room which looked like has undergone renovation. Room was nice and clean but we thought the TV screen could be bigger given the large size of the room. Front office staff were very efficient. Also restaurant staff both at the Atrium and Phuluang were quite pleasant. Food overall was average.

Worst experience
I can’t believe that this experience was the worst of my long traveling life…. 2h30 hours waiting for a check in with almost 60 persons in the same situation !!! Finally the room… Dirty floor, hair everywhere. This hotel really need to check his management. I can’t even believe the ranking on hotel.com. I guess there gonna have other comments like this one

ファミリー4人で3泊しました。部屋は3ルーム用意して頂き、妻は広すぎると驚いていました。部屋からの景色もオーシャンビューでとても気持ちいいです。ロビー脇のレストランでは生演奏を聴きながら食事ができ、ゆっくりと食事ができました。プールも3ヶ所あり、子供たちは次はあのプール、その次はこのプールと喜んでいました。広いガーデンもあり妻は気持ちいいと写真をたくさん撮っていました。1FにはATMもあり、レストラン、お土産店も並んでいて、町で探し回る必要がありませんでした。セキュリティもしっかりしていて楽しい休日でした。

พักตึกocean wing แต่ที่จอดรถไม่มี ต้องไปจอดที่ tower เดินไกลไม่ค่อยสะดวกเพราะมีลูกน้อย โดยรวมโรงแรมกว้างขวาง สะอาด มีชายหาดส่วนตัว มีร้านพิซซ่า ร้านกาแฟ oyster bar อาหารอร่อย อยากให้ชายหาดมีต้นไม้เพิ่ม เพราะกลางวันไม่มีที่ร่มๆให้ลูกนั่งเล่นทรายที่ชายทะเลเลยค่ะ ต้องรอแดดหมดถึงจะมาเล่นได้ ส่วนหน้าฟร้อนไม่ค่อยสนใจลูกค้า ต้องให้เราสังเกตุเองว่าคนไหนว่างเงยหน้ามาสบตาบ้าง ตลกมาก ควรปรับปรุงค่ะ

Ser bra ut men tänk om!
Hotellet hade allt du kunde önska dig. Men smutsiga pooler trasiga smutsiga handukar till poolerna. Personalen kan inte engelska (dock ryska) och informationen (OM det fanns något) om området fanns bara på thai och ryska. Fyra stjärnor nej upplevdes som två pga extremt dålig service.
