You can't beat the price for a large, clean, air conditioned room, with a comfortable bed, and very clean bathroom in the heart of the tourist action. A true hidden and affordable gem for the sensible and adventurous traveler.

A little noisy at night, but had no problem falling asleep. Easy access to shopping, dining, excellent staff, and felt safe. Not a hotel for children (under 18). The hotel area is adult motivated. Hugh room, a little dated but clean. Would recommend.

In it's price range it is a great room. The lock was finicky. Took a little playing around to unlock. The bed was too firm for me but everything else was great. If they had extra mattress toppers to put on for soft mattress lovers I would have stayed with them for my entire 2 month vacation I Pattaya. Overall great room for the price.

We stayed for seven nights in a very well-equipped vacation apartment. We didn't lack for anything! The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is located in the middle of the party district, the room was very quiet. We would be happy to come back.

Many bars around which is fine. No place to park your car if you have one to mention. My biggest problem was there were ants in my bed and I couldn’t sleep. The room must need to be sprayed

Für den Preis war die Unterkunft ok. Im ersten Zimmer das ich hatte gab es "Haustiere". Habe nach einigen Tagen ein anderes Zimmer gekriegt, welches besserer Standard war. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren stets freundlich und bemüht. Die Lokalisation ist gut, man ist gleich an der Soi Buakhao und auch zum Strand ist es zu Fuß nicht weit.

Great place with a small concern.

Overall was very nice. Not suitable for family with children as the inn was surrounded by bars and clubs (with ladies on the street looking for guests). The location was very close to Pattaya beach. Close proximity to food stalls, restaurants, and clubs. Before leaving the inn, they asked us to leave our room key with them and they would return the key when we come back. We found that our luggage and backpack were left open after returning to our room. We clearly remembered closing them before leaving the room. We asked the front desk and the receptionist said "I don't know". The room was cleaned and the towels were changed. We did not notice losing anything but the level of security was concerning. We do not know if a staff opened it or someone else broke in.

Great room and staff but no elevator

Everything was great. The room, the wifi, the staff. The location is ok, depending on what you want. The only problem is there is no elevator. My room was on the fifth floor. I was ok, since I had only a small bag and I am strong enough. But it could be a problem for others, and there is no warning about this that I saw.

Room was nice with plenty of space.Hot shower and also hot water in the basin. House keeping was excellent with rooms cleaned daily. Great spot to stay.. Room was also quiet which meant not getting disturbed while sleeping. A nice area to sit outside.

Budget Hotel in heart of the Action!

I would have given this hotel a higher score only that some of the staff are kind of rude and unfriendly, but its not all the staff, as some were very friendly and could at least muster up a smile for the customer. The shower in the room went hot and cold suddenly which made my shower uncomfortable. Well look its a budget hotel where you can bring one lady back per night if you wish, so I guess dont expect top quality, right.

Good hotel. I can recommend it.

Good location. The street is noisy until the morning, but in my room it was quiet due to double-glazed windows. Air conditioning, tv, water heater were ok.The staff is cheerful and friendly. Always tried to help. What I didn’t like. Cockroaches, a lot. A small refrigerator is filled with a useless minibar and there are no more places for anything. Not supplied free bottles of water. Bad wifi signal in my room. Overall I liked the hotel. Good value for money. I would stay here again if they solve the problem with cockroaches.
