Spacious rooms, nice pool, very good restaurant with plenty of options (Thai, Chinese, Japanese and western cuisines) and friendly staff. Special thanks to the restaurant manager. However we had a room on the first floor with a poor view and a very noisy rooster in the early morning.

Great hotel making industrial area a pleasure to v

Very nice hotel, area isn't so great as it's an industrial area with lots of construction around, but once you enter Eastpana it's like a different world. They have a couple of restaurants and serve multiple types of meals from different Asian cultures. Prices are also not overly expensive, so you can indulge in different dishes and have a few drinks without breaking the bank. Breakfast has a very good.selection to choose from. Nice Thai massage onsite at the hotel as well as other amenities such as pool, etc. Only negative was room could use a more thorough cleaning of walls and wardrobes. I believe it's as a result of the construction that things are a little dirties, because test of place is spotless and well kept

good privacy of rooms as hotel is set in own grounds with wildlife and kids pets and fish which is nice touch with security. One downside was part of dining area in grounds seemed to be reserved for Chinese exclusively. Breakfast was good but menu very Asian as appears hotel is very popular with Chinese visitors so understandable as few westerners seen during stay. Maid was exceptional at cleaning room and helping with laundry and waste or any minor issues. Only concerns were had some lizards in room and tiny ants if food not put on fridge and got bitten twice waiting in receprion area by mosquitoes. Pool great and reasonably close to local shopping centres and markets to buy anything. Liked the fact they provided free bottled water daily and fresh towels and head of breakfast services and staff were very professional

Excellent hotel with well trained staff

Excellent customer service with well trained staff. The hotel manager and staff are attentive to guests and very courtesy. The hotel is quiet, clean, good for relax after coming back from work. The located is excellent for those coming for a business meeting or working in Amata City Industrial Estate. The food is also good. I would rate this hotel high for overall services.

期待はしていませんでしたが、フロントは笑顔もなくただの事務作業、部屋は学生寮の部屋のよう。 ベッドはひどい。固く、起きると身体中が痛かった。枕が臭い。 ドライヤーのスイッチは固くて動かない。 コンディショナーは用意されておらず、シャンプーとボディーソープは薄められていて、ポンプも動きが悪くなかなか出てこずストレス。 朝食は種類は多くないがまぁ普通。 中庭のレストランはサーブが遅すぎて何度も声がけをしたが一品め以降、１時間提供されなかった。18時前の店内がガラガラの状態で入店し、周りの席はどんどんサーブされている中、なぜそのような扱いを受けなければならないのか本当に不快だった。 ホテルのゲートすぐの焼肉屋さんは店員の雰囲気もよく、安いしお肉もおいしかった。 敷地内に動物がいるのは楽しかった。 総評として不満としか言えないホテル滞在だった。 再訪はない。

There is nothing much to shop around here. The daily bus going to Tesco is at 7pm, and returns at 8pm. limited time for you to eat and shop. The shuttle bus to Pattaya city returns at 4pm, which is the time where night market starts to set up. will be good if the return is at 9pm.
