Все отлично! Очень хороший просторный номер (бронировали студию),есть мини-кухня с микроволновкой, чайником, минимальным набором посуды, на балконе сушилка для одежды, чисто, уборка была ежедневно. Устойчивый сигнал wi-fi. Рядом рынок, 7 eleven в этом же доме. Отель оставил самые положительные впечатления.

Отличный отель. Прожил в нем с 21 марта по 1 апреля 2019 года. Быстрое заселение, хороший большой номер на 5 этаже. Неплохой балкон, сушилка под вещи на балконе. Стол со стульями в номере. Два стула на балконе. Микроволновка, дополнительная раковина в комнате. Рядом рынок с едой и продуктами. До первой линии минут семь пешком. Шум от проезжающих автомобилей под окнами не мешал. Лифт быстрый и тихий. Уборка по требованию. Если не повесил табличку с просьбой об уборке, то все равно постучат и уточнят, требуется ли уборка. В целом остался доволен размещением. Был бы в отеле еще бассейн, было бы идеальным вариантом. Но и ценник был бы гораздо выше. За 11 ночей проживания заплатил 13 тысяч рублей. Бронировал за две недели до заселения.

Rent og pent, hyggelig betjening, servicevennlig. Romvask og håndkle bytte hver dag. Veldig bra klesvask tjeneste. Ingen spesielle fasiliteter, men en super plass å bo og å ha bagasjen sårende hvis du vil reise rundt og ha en base.

Grand residence jomtien

Stayed at Grand residence jomtien for 11 nights rooms are spacious and extremely clean and tidy. Hotel staff are excellent and very helpful location is excellent close to local market and entertainment venues. Only small gripe is Wi-Fi is a bit hit and miss but overall excellent value for money would definitely stay again

Jeg skulle være på hotellet i 16 dager, men jeg sjekket ut etter 1 dag. Wi-fi var en katastrofe. Virket i korte perioder med veldig svakt signal for så å falle ut. Air condition virket svært dårlig, og den bråkte så mye at det var umulig å sove. Jeg meldte fra om problemene, men ingenting ble gjort, så jeg måtte bare finne nytt hotell. Betjeningen ble fryktelig sur for dette. Jeg vil aldri sette min fot der igjen!

Zero complaints - highly recommended.

No complaints about this hotel. Spotlessly clean thanks to a daily housekeeping service. Secure, great location, 24 hour staff. Only downside is no tea or coffee in the room (which is not so common in Thailand but I am sure would be appreciated). No restaurant either but there is a 7/11 next door for coffee etc. I will for sure stay here again next trip to Pattaya.

Big room, comfortable, good location for me

This was my second visit here, I am very happy with this hotel. The location is great for me. I visited the bars nearby, the night market food was very good and cheap. Walking time to beach and bus route about 5 minutes walk. The day market was good for Thai food and fresh fruit.

Good location for us

Very comfortable, close to market and bars. Useful microwave in room. I would have liked tea/coffee facilities but not big problem with 7/11 next door. WiFi not strong and had to log in continuously. I would recommend this hotel and I will come back.

Great Hotel run by friendly capable staff.

I had a spacious studio corner room which was bright and airy with plenty of windows giving natural light. The room also had small balcony and had daily housekeeping with two really friendly ladies on reception who always greeted me with a warm smile which made my stay comfortable. They were a delight to deal with and nothing was a problem.Thank you both very much.Location was great at top of Soi7.
