We understand you were unhappy when we informed you that daily cleaning was an optional extra. However, about electricity - it simply is not true. Also, yes the office is closed due to the majority of our guests requesting to check in at the villa instead of at a different location. Dear Ryan, Thank you for choosing our villa for your stay in Pattaya. We emailed you to ask for your estimated arrival time and initially, you denied it was your booking. When we finally connected, you said you would arrive between 15:00 and 15:30. You actually arrived before, but we did not know this. However, history of our system indicates that check in was complete at exactly 15:00, which we feel is pretty amazing, given the ETA you gave. We are sorry that this was not your impression. About the surrounding areas of the villas - this is private land or public land, and we have absolutely zero control over these areas as this land does not belong to us. We can only take care of the villa complex areas. Regarding the location, surely it is up to the guest to look at the map of the accommodation prior to booking, then research where it is and what is in the vicinity. It is very sad your feedback relates to the areas outside the villa (which are beyond our control) and you do not mention anything about the villa, the pool, the service, the manners of the assistants.... We do hope that you will come back and allow us to serve you again in the future. Best Regards

There are many hotels in the heart of Pattaya, but private villas are not located next door to shopping centers and restaurants because they would not be private and they would certainly be noisy.
