Basic hotel with friendly staff. Room size and bed is clean and comfortable, good. Hot water and pressure good. It seems newly renovated so a bit smell from paint or thinner. Limited parking in front of hotel. Walking distance to beach and seven eleven. Plenty of food and massage places in the area. A bit loud if room is facing south.
