Home away from home!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was quite a walk to the beach, but I enjoyed the daily exercise. The staff was really friendly, the room was clean,,,everything was great.

初パタヤで２月中旬に５泊しました。 立地・外観：パタヤセントラル通りのボウリング場がある交差点から徒歩１０分程度。（ビーチと反対側に進んで、３つ目のセブンイレブン前を左折し100ｍ程度でファミリーマート。） フロント：皆さん親切。但し英語は少々。デポジットは現金のみ。 周辺：普通の路地裏通りで静か。バイク、車の騒音も気にならない程度。 部屋：スーペリア ダブルルーム キングベッド 1 台。シングルルーム３０㎡は広くて快適。照明は明るく、コンセント多数。バスタオル交換、ベッドメイクは毎日で清潔。机、椅子あり、ハンガー多数。冷蔵庫はよく冷えました。エアコン、テレビも新しく私には十分。（スリッパ、ティッシュ、歯磨セット、石鹸、セーフティBOXは無し。バスタブ無し、WIFIは遅い。シャワーは熱いお湯は出るが湯量が少なかったのが残念。虫はあまりいなかったです。） サービス：いわゆるホテルサービスは利用していないのでコメント無し。 ビーチから若干離れている点に抵抗がなければ、良い環境だと思います。個人的にはリーズナブルで快適。リピートOK。次回はグレードを高くして試してもよいと思いました。

The facility is a great price deal for its central location, safety, cleanliness, staff service...it is about 15 min walk to Terminal 21 mall or 50 baht motorbike ride...7 minute walk to the beach or Central Festival mall. The Family Mart is in the same building. 7/11 store is a block away. The WiFi is not really consistent and will be on and off, but still reliable most of the time

セントラルパタヤロードからソイに入り100ｍ位のところにあります。レンタルバイクがあり裏道経由でホテルに戻れるので一方通行のビーチロード、2ndロードを経由しなくて済みます。静かなエリアですが、エアコンは爆音型で自室のものを止めても深夜他の部屋のエアコンの室外機の音が窓から入ります。バルコニーがないので残念です。この後MARCH ホテルに宿泊しました。ソイの奥まったところにありますが千円程度の追加で部屋は快適でプールもあります。倹約型でなければMARCHホテルをお勧めします。

Very clean and big room. Decent area with lots of convenience stores. Easy access to motor bike taxi's or a short walk to the 10 baht pick up trucks (ask if you need advice). Overall great stay.

静かな場所だが壁は薄くTVの音が聞こえる

宿泊費を踏まえれば不満はありません。ビーチからは離れている事もありビーチ沿いのホテルの様に部屋にバルコニーはありません。プールもありません。セントラルロード（パタヤカン）のソイ１２から500M位のところにあります。別件ですが、PJ INN Pattayaとは別にJP INN Pattayaという名のホテルがセカンドロードにあり、某地図検索ソフトのMAPでは間違えて表示されておりますが、このホテルはセカンドロード沿いではありません。（ちなみにJP Innの方は決してお勧めできません）
