Booked 3 rooms. Having checked in but gone up to the room with two cleaning staff sitting inside and another room was not yet available, needed to wait for 30mins to clean up!!!!! It’s really ridiculous that the staff at check in counter did not inform us during check in!!!!!

Beauty facility. The design of the shower is terrible. No curtains and the 1/4 glass door doesnt block water from ending on floor. Water around tub funnels onto bathroom floor. Area in front of toilet becomes full of water.

WORST HOTEL IN PATTAYA!!

We booked a room with two adults. Upon checking in, we were asked for only one passport to check in. Next day when going to breakfast, we were told that we had to pay for the second guest as she was not registered during check in. After a prolonged argument with the front staff, the manager who is supposed to remedy the situation only made it worse by raising her voice and insisting that the second guest be charged despite the fact that it wasn't our fault that they did not request for that information at time of check in. The argument prolonged even after the fact that we showed them our booking printout that clearly stated that we had booked the room for TWO adults. A very very nasty experience for us. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY TRAVELER OF ANY REASON.

The Deluxe room (316) was very spacious. However, I didn't like the shower design. The floor gets very wet. Also, the sliding bathroom door is a poor design. I almost broke my finger while trying to close the door. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel.
