The room was small and the bathroom was Asian style (toilet in the shower room). But it was comfortable. But what made the trip awesome was the location (literally on the beach) and the view from the floor to ceiling windows. Close enough to nightlife without being too noisy and plenty of stuff to do nearby. The pool was really nice and so was the rooftop bar. Definitely had a really great stay here.

Pool with a view

As I had credit through my booking app the room was excellent as it only cost me £22 for 3 nights I got £88 saving , it even had sea view from room and rooftop pool has great views of Pattaya beach front , excellent location , 3 minutes walk to beach about 10 to walking street , would definitely stay again

I had the deluxe side Seaview room fantastic View but the bathroom was small and the room was a little bit small, very clean, very good staff small swimming pool unfortunately and no Wi-Fi in pool area

Don't believe the poor reviews!

I was hesitant to book this hotel based on some poor reviews but the location was perfect so I booked anyway and I'm glad I did. It was at a central location on the beach with many shops and bars to left and right. I upgraded the room to deluxe beach view and it was awesome! There was a balcony, it was super clean, it was a pretty big room, the staff was friendly, the wi-fi was good and the air conditioning worked too good. You need the key in it to work but to my surprise, the cleaning lady placed an extra key in it for me (she got a nice tip). It had a safe, rooftop (or higher up) pool was nice and the rooftop bar was also great. I would highly recommend but make sure to do the upgrade for very little extra.

I got a standard room, a bed, a sink lees then feet, and a bathroom 1.5 feet a way where you put head down in bed. I stated, pictures are deceiving, they charged me 9000 baht upgrade, with water view, and windows was so dirty and water view was not enjoyable at all. I have all the pictures to prove. .

Ive read many reviews on this property. I had issues with my aircon and fridge immediately. The staff were very friendly and effecient dealing with my issues. My issues resolved within minutes . Yes the bathroom is small. The room itself is very comfortable with a beautiful view. The cleaning service is very good. The hotel and my room were kept spotless by the lady on my floor. Location is very good. Away from the busy bars but close enough to get anywhere quickly. Thankyou to the staff of serenotel for a pleasurable vacation. Special thanks to the cleaning lady of my floor A504. I will stay again.

This place was clean enough, and had an amazing view. Huge downside was the air conditioner barley worked, and would only run if you were in the room. If you went out for an hour yoy would need to remove thw keycard from the sensor, and then you would return to a boiling hot room. We ended up switching hotels for our second night amd losing our money. It just wasn't worth being overheated. Another downside was when we arrived the lobby was FULL of toxic smoke, like a fire....
