Nice cheap hotel

Rooms are clean and bigger than it looks. I was lucky to get a window for my rooms. There was a problem with the sink and they were able to take care of it the next day. As a note, there's no elevator in the hotel so if you have luggage, you'll have to use the stairs to carry it up. Locations is perfect distance to the beach and to other areas around the city. Be aware that during the night time, it might get a little loud if your room is near the streets since people play loud music around the area.

Value for money!

Nice new hotel at a great location. Kind of noisy because of some construction being done nearby.. can’t really fault the hotel for that though! Good value, clean and nice personnel!

위치는 기가막히게 좋습니다. 아쉬운건 세면대는 따뜻한물이 안나옵니다. 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 냉장고 작은것이 진짜 성능 좋았습니다. 다른점은 다 좋았습니다.

Good location

Good price, good location. Inbetween Walking street and the norther malls. Accross the street there are numerous food options as well. And every night they have the bar trucks and some local food pops serving food. This was my 2nd stay while I was visiting Pattaya so I must of liked it to stay again.

High C/P hotel in downtown center

A new small hotel in downtown ceter. Only one car parking for one car, but they gave us the best service. Everything is easy to get arround this hotel, clean and new beds gave us a very good sleep.

Good location, with decent price

I will probably look into this hotel on my next visit. Clean rooms helpful staff. Good price. Only thing lacking in the room is a safe. I did not have any problems. I would possibly not recommend these rooms to a smoker because there is no balcony. I am a non smoker, so no problem. I originally booked 2 nights to see if I liked it. I stayed an additional week after the initial booking.
