another pleasant stay at Sutus ct 1, good room, bathroom very good but could do with hand towels besides the normal bath towels,, room could do with a two seater sofa as well, but thanks for a good stay

I have used this hotel a lot over many years, mainly because of the location and the price. Close to Tree Town, Soi Diana, and a 10-15 minute walk to Beach Road. Has not changed a lot over the years but remains worth the price. Just remember you get what you pay for. The mattress was a bit of a challenge. There was a kettle and cups in the room which I don't recall being there last year. Fridge was clean. Large batchroom (shower only). Cleaners were very good, supplying toliet tissue and two bottles of water a day. I was facing Soi Buakhao so it could be noisy until 4am but not so much as to annoy me. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Could not ask for more. Overall, even though it is looking tired, great hotel for the price and location.

The rooms need a renovation as the paint is coming off the walls and furniture is old and need updating. However very clean and cleaning staff do a great job. The pool urgently needs to be retitled as a lot of tiles have fallen off and most are loose. The tiles are dangerous and I hurt my feet swimming one day and didn’t swim there again in my 14 day stay. Simple things need repair and the hotel would be great.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at sutus 1 I find the hotel staff excellent, the rooms are kept very clean, the only downside of the hotel is the pools they need to have some work done on them i.e missing tiles in the jacuzzi and main pool areas but still very clean areas.
