Could be much better
Great view, good rooms. Friendly but disorganized service. Lots of construction noise throughout the stay. Great big pool but urgently needs tile replacement. Restaurant and breakfast a disgrace. Only recommended if you have own transportation.

Lovely new place . Enjoyed our stay . Lovely view and great location. Tasty breakfast , nice and quiet room . Loved the fact that the place was new clean and not carpeted .

Just like home
Location is pretty far from downtown if not driving.The room with stunning view is new,nice, clean, spacious, and very comfy. Pool is pretty private and quiet. Two bed rooms with kitchen and dining area are fantastic. Staff is friendly and helpful all the way from the front gate through check in.

At first, the room we got have some bad smell from toilet, but after tell the hotel, they change the better room for us.

Payatta Thailand was great. Family enjoyed
It was a 5 star resort with a beautiful pool and much security so you never had to worry about anything. We stayed in the executive two bedroom suite and was very accommodating and comfortable. Everything was very clean and had English channels and kitchenette if you wanted to cook. The beach was nice and had all the amenities close by. From 711's to market vendors and market foods and fruit . The Marina was only steps away and took a. Day tour boat which was excellent. Although we declined on the breakfast included option because was expensive and was not to expectations. The markets close by can offer much more or can cook yourselves in your room.. We stayed on the 29th floor facing the ocean. The view was magnificent. The pool had fake rocks with made the swimming a pleasure. The family loved it. The people there are always friendly and smiling but not all speak English..But not an issue in my opinion . I would stay there again without hesitation. I am not sure of the transportation there. because we had rented our own car. But they do have GRAB. Similar to uber. Lots of sun. Enjoy!!

ห้องพักใหญ่ แต่ทางเข้าจะงงนิดหน่อย เนื่องตจากใช้ทางเข้าเดียวกับ movenpick และเป็นที่พักในลักษณะคอนโด อาหารเช้าถ้าปรับปรุงอีกนิดจะดีมาก ที่พักอยู่ติดชายทะเล ร้านอาหาร 7-11 และที่เที่ยว สวนน้ำการ์ตูนเน็ตเวิร์ค เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีสมาชิกหลายคน และอยากหลีกหนีความวุ่นวายของตัวเมืองพทยา

ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาด วิวสวยมาก บรรยากาศดี เงียบสงบ
-ห้องที่พักเป็นห้อง Executive Two Bedrooms ขนาดห้องกว้างขวางมาก มีโซนทำครัวเบาๆได้ สะอาด วิวดีมากมองเห็นทะเลแบบ panorama เลยค่ะ เตียงนอนนุ่มนอนสบายมาก ชอบค่ะ -มีฟิตเนส เซาน่า โต๊ะปิงปอง โต๊ะพลู ห้องบ้านบอล ให้เลือกทำกิจกรรมตามแต่ชอบ ตอบโจทย์การมาเป็นครอบครัวดีค่ะ -สระว่ายน้ำตอนไปเด็กๆไม่สามารถเล่นสไลด์เดอร์ได้ และไม่สามารถไปเล่นในส่วนของโรงแรมได้ เลยทำให้มีกิจกรรมการเล่นน้ำสำหรับเด็กน้อยไปหน่อย และไม่มีโซนร่มๆให้หลบแดดเวลาที่เล่นน้ำตอนแดดร้อนๆ เลยจะเล่นน้ำกันได้น้อยมาก -ชายหาดเงียบสงบดีค่ะ เหมาะแก่การมาพักผ่อน โดยเฉพาะเวลาเย็นมานั่งดูพระอาทิตย์ตกดินริมหาดนี่ฟินสุดๆค่ะ:)

วิวจากห้องพักสวยมาก แต่ควรซ่อมแซมพื้นสระว่ายน้ำ เพราะกระเบื้องร่อนหลุดหลายจุด โดยรวมๆดีค่ะ ราคาไม่แรงมาก มาได้บ่อยๆ

It is a nice hotel with great sea view and apparently it is modified from condo. Smoker can smoke on the balcony and smoke fly to the neighbor with the wind. That's the bad side from my view.

ห้องพักวิวทะเล เงียบสงบ สามารถเดินลงทะเลได้เลย
ห้องสะอาดและกว้าง คนไม่พลุกพล่าน มีการแบ่ง Zone แยกฝั่ง Residences กับฝั่งโรงแรม ในบริเวณใกล้ๆมีร้านอาหารหลายร้าน แต่ในห้องพัก ฝักบัวตรงอ่างอาบน้ำมีน้ำรั่วไหลย้อนออกมา และอ่างอาบน้ำเหมือนติดตั้งไม่ดีเพราะมีเสียงเวลาขยับตัว ตู้เย็นในส่วนช่องแช่แข็งมีน้ำแข็งเกาะอยู่เยอะจนไม่สามารถแช่อะไรได้

ห้อง 1bed corner สวยมาก หาดทรายก็สวย แต่ได้แนะนำทางผู้ดูแลให้ปรับปรุงไปบางเรื่องซึ่งถ้าได้รับการปรับปรุงจะทำให้ได้คะแนนเรื่องห้องดีกว่านี้ อาหารเช้ามีเป็น set ไม่ได้ตักเอง หากทำอาหารทานเอง ที่นี่มีครัวในห้อง หรือจะเดินไปทานที่ร้านริมหาดที่อร่อยและถูกมาก ส่วนราคาห้องเมื่อเทียบข้อดีข้อเสียถือว่าจ่ายค่าวิวไปนะ

เนื่องจากเป็นส่วน residence ของโรงแรม movepick วิวเดียวกัน คุณภาพเดียวกัน facilities ดี สระว่ายน้ำดี แต่ราคาถูกกว่าเยอะ คุ้มมาก ข้อเสียคือไม่มีอาหารเช้า
