"Good stay"

"DON’T get ROOM #102 Arrived Saturday April 18 for a stay after a party. Upon late arrival, the sink faucet handle was broken. Left and came back to sleep at 1.30am to be woken up around 6am due to intense noise on adjacent room. Called front desk at 7am to be told I was next to the kitchen, ‘how would I know that’? But was told was to communicate with him (at the kitchen) to be quiet. On Sunday around 10am talked to Ali at front desk expressing my frustration due to constant loud noise as this room didn’t meet decibel requirements for a place to sleep (it was louder than a vacuum cleaner running). She stated it was going to run it by manager to see what could be done. After, she generously offered a full refund but hasn’t happened yet. I Thought that was a very generous offer, but now I feel fooled as not refund has been given."

"First they lost our reservation. So I was not put in a room with 2 beds nor was it handicap accessible. Roaches. To top it off our room flooded from a leak in ceiling. Property of ours was destroyed. And it was an argument and fight to get a dry room. Beware this is also weekly motel. So drugs partying etc. Worst stay ever."

"The customer service at this location is top notch! Huge thanks to Marvina at reception! She deserves a raise! Not only did she accommodate our last minute booking but she convinced me to join the Hilton Rewards program which made my stay all the better! Elijah was also very helpful and welcoming. Actually the entire staff was very polite and attentive. I will definitely be returning and hope to see Marvina again!"

"Clean but old and outdated rooms, warn carpeting, old bathroom with shower in an old bathtub. No modern stall shower. "

"Upon arrival the hotel failed to clean my room thoroughly. They spread the bed and that’s it. I found stains & holes on my sheets, hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the toilet seat. Then stained towels and spots on the large and makeup mirror. I went downstairs and informed the front desk (after calling repeatedly and no answer) of the sheet stains, and they said new sheets would brought up. When I asked if they’ll spread the bed the guest services person looked at me odd, gave me attitude and confirmed sheets will be brought up. We were tasked with re-spreading our own bed. Then as the night went on we noticed the stains on the bathroom towels and that there was only 1 set of all towel supplies… so we needed to make another front desk request. Which again they failed to answer the phone, so I went down late at night to request this. They prioritized my room cleaning the next day and it was like night and day after. I informed the manager of this inconvenience and she informed me that she’ll raise it to the GM. I’m still waiting to hear back. I also reached out to Hotels.com and because the hotel was unresponsive they were unable to do much on their side. I’m so disappointed that this was a 4 star + experience because never have I been forced to stay in a dirty room, much less get my front desk calls ignored and tasked with spreading my own bed when at a hotel and to top it off be given attitude when’s I raise the issue to staff members."
