"The hotel was located very close to a beautiful beach, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The property itself was a bit dated, and getting there was somewhat challenging because the roads were very narrow and steep. There were also only a few restaurants nearby, so we often had to drive to Parga for dining options. "We had a fantastic stay at Villa Anassa Mara. Kona, the host, was incredibly helpful, and all of the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. The villa itself was very comfortable, clean and well maintained, with all amenities working perfectly. The outlook over the ocean from the balcony is absolutely stunning, and the pool was spotless and beautifully maintained. The beach bar is a fantastic bonus, with friendly staff and crystal-clear water right on your doorstep. It really adds to the overall experience and makes it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The only addition I would suggest is a shuttle van to pick guests up and drop them off in town, as this would make getting around even easier. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Villa Anassa Mara to others."

"A beautiful, calm property. A perfect base to explore this beautiful island. Ideally need a car to get to and from Lakka as hill is quite steep but that’s a small price to pay to stay in what feels like a rural beauty. Feels very Provençal / Tuscan. The staff were EXCELLENT. Anna, the hotel manager gave us a full list of recommended restaurants, beaches and towns. We went to every one and they were exceptional. Right on point. The guys who served us our beautiful breakfast each morning were so lovely. Polite, remembered what we liked and so friendly. We love to travel and we’ll alway hold gorgeous memories of Paxos."
