"Manager had a welcome on Thursday for all personnel at the hotel which included food and libations. Monday thru Friday a chef takes orders for specialty omelettes and also served scrambled eggs, sausage etc as well as coffee tea and juices. Dishes and silverware was removed to the kitchen for cleaning regularly allowing for a clean appearance in the bussing area. "

"Other then bed being very hard everything was great loved that they had pancakes and not waffles staff was very good"

"We received a call from the front desk upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. And asked if we had any questions. Everything was super clean. They even had extra toothbrush and tooth paste"

"Inside of the building was dirty and had a very bad animal(s) odor smell. Room was in horrible condition. Chairs has hole punctures all over them, bed had dog or cat hair all over it, plus the sheets had either rat or some type of small animal droppings! Bathroom was dirty as well even tho I didn’t use it. All around it was a horrible experience and I left within 20 mins of arriving."

"I asked for a smoking room, so I could smoke a bowl of my prescribed med, was told the non-smoking rooms were "nicer" but I needed a smoking room. BIG mistake. The floors were dirty, the coverlet AND blanket had holes burned in them, there were small dead roaches on the floor, as well as 2 that I killed... It building is Right next to the freeway, and the building shook with every big truck that passed above. All in all, it was a very very uncomfortable night, with all of my belongings packed in the car to keep bugs out of them."

"Got 2 loads of laundry stolen out the dryer and when notified staff to roll back cameras I was told sorry I'm only able to see live view on the cameras so what is the point of even having cameras so ya took a loss on a lot of clothes "

"The staff there are very friendly and amazing . Parking was good as well and room were very clean. Would recommend "
