"Lovely welcome on Reception. Offered a free drink and Pringles - good start! TV in the allocated room did not work but we were immediately moved to a new room across the corridor. Many apologies from the Reception staff. New room had a double bed with a twin bedded room through an alcove. Shower excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside is not the hotel's fault - poor facilities in the service area! Large adjacent carpark - convenient! Always stay here on our way to the Shuttle terminal"
