"Very well located hotel in Menaggio. We loved the small swimming pool as well as the balcony in our room, the balcony has a beautiful view over the lake. A delicious and diverse breakfast buffet (continental, fresh fruit and vegetables, yogurts and toast, eggs and sausages) and we enjoyed drinks at the terrace bar. However we found that out room was very hot, the air conditioning system didn't seem to work and was just blowing dry air into our room with not much possibility to control it. A small fridge in our room was useful but didn't work very well. There was also lots of noise from a room upstairs that sounded like furniture being moved a lot, so we didn't sleep well unfortunately. However we do recommend the hotel despite this."

"This was a good, clean, true 4-star hotel. I am very picky when it comes to hotels specially when traveling to Europe where the hotel experience can be different than the US, but room was just as advertised maybe just a bit smaller than I was expecting. I liked how the hotel was located across from where people go to access the lake for swimming and there are great restaurants very close. Probably would not stay here again just because Malgrate is a little far from the active parts of Lake Como and itโs difficult to travel over there but definitely great if you want a more quiet experience!"

"This was a beautiful property and Hotel. The views at Breakfast were romantic and breathtaking. We booked last minute and didn't book a room with Lakeview. None available. The room was small and passable for a two night stay. For us a two night stay was enough. I may have enjoyed it more if we had a suite with Lakeview."

"Really enjoyed our one-night stay here. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was brilliant โ plenty of choice and everything was fresh. Itโs an adults-only hotel, although children are allowed at the beach club. We were a little unsure about that beforehand, but honestly it wasnโt really a problem at all during our stay. Drinks were reasonably priced and the location was great, just a short walk into Colico where there are some lovely restaurants and a nice harbour. We actually really liked the more relaxed pace of Colico compared with some of the busier parts further down Lake Como. Would definitely stay here again if weโre back in the area."

"Amazing hotel! Lots of charm and perfect location to explore the city and the lake. Could not be closer to the ferry docks, you might have to park a few minutes away from the hotel if you have a car"
