The room was absolutely stunning, everything was clean and every little detail of the room lay out, the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant, and the staff met every expectation and beyond. We had trouble getting a taxi to and from the hotel because we happened to be there on May 1st, and the staff at the front desk spent a lot of time and effort calling taxis for us so we didn’t miss our flight back home. "Loved the hotel close to ferry and bus stop is a 7 min walk however the ferry schedule is very limited so you need to plan accordingly as not all routes stop at San Giovanni. Hotel is not in Bellagio"

"We had a fantastic stay here. Breakfast service to our room was amazing. Getting to sit outside in the morning with delicious food taking in the views were a highlight. Giuliano, the driver who shuttled us into Bellagio, was also fantastic. Would highly recommend!"
