"Site in general was clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff are thorough and really nice, stayed for 7 days and they truly came and gave fresh sheets and towels every day. Some of the desk staff is interesting to say the least. On a high note, Debbie was amazing, so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, the location was really convenient being next to Tavern in the Square, Bamboo, Across from CVS and from Legacy Place. Only downside, It was a bummer that the pool was closed during my stay."

"I was staying in the Newton Hotel while I was waiting for my spouse to have surgery on his spine. The reception staff was extremely helpful by allowing me to stay 3 hours over the checkout time. This was when the FIFA event was starting and the Hotel was booked. The only problem was that they did not provide a complementary coffee or hot water station. There was a Starbucks station, but that was not complementary nor open. Everything else was great, especially the staff at registration."

"Room was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful, air conditioning worked, there are a variety of food serving choices within walking distance. The property is extremely dated to the point of being visually unappealing. Exterior screams for a paint job. Repairs undertaken in my room were slapped on. It looks like a demolition company is arriving soon to tear the place down and the management is just keeping the place clean and the lights on until that moment arrives? Why stay here? It is relatively inexpensive for the area and as others have noted, if all you need is a clean room for the night they have what you want."
