"This is an older hotel and she shows her age. Stayed here as it is close to Ut Southwest hospital. It could use to be refreshed and a good deep cleaning. It has in shower dispensers for shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo was very nice, but the conditioner was empty. Bed was comfy and clean."

"Place was clean and nice, but they lock doors after 11 pm. We had to wait until another customer entered. We had made the reservations in advance."

"Our room was at the front of the building, on the highway, so quite noisy. The desk agreed to move us to the quieter section but for one reason or another that never happened. Fortunately there was a fan hidden in a cabinet under the sink that provided some white noise. The room itself was fine with some small issues... one of the two TV remotes was dead and the tub spout was barely attached to the wall so pulling the diverter up was difficult and not real effective. The Managers Reception was weak compared to other E.S.'s I've stayed in. Breakfast was fine. Overall a decent stay but not up to the usual E.S standard. I'll find somewhere else next trip."
