"I love your hotel. I stay there often, but my biggest complaint is your rooms are always so hot. They just never cooled down enough at night. From now on I’m going to request the first floor because at least you can crack the window."

"As was the case with my last stay, there was no signal on the TV and despite the advice I was given, I never got a picture or reception. There used to be free coffee ain the lobby. It now costs $2.50+ at a cafe in the lobby."

"Overall it was a nice, clean room with king bed. Half of room was the bed. It was placed in a small area making it awkward to get in on one side. The other half was a seating area that could potentially be smaller to accommodate the bed. Not a deal breaker and would stay here again. Free breakfast was meh. Not a lot of options though it was clean and well stocked. Biggest suggestion would be to upgrade the toilet paper and tissues. They were awful like what you’d get in the stall of a bar bathroom! Staff were excellent. So attentive and friendly. "
