"Our stay at Villa Bulan Madu was super relaxing, as there are only 5 villas on the property, which are set back from the road and beach. Our villa was absolutely huge, with a gorgeous wraparound verandah, and a cabana in the front garden. We loved the unique covered outdoor bathroom (the shower is uncovered) and having a lovingly prepared breakfast on the beachfront. The staff are so friendly and hospitable; be sure to see Eddy across the road for bike and snorkel hire, as well as tour bookings....

"Kjempefin villa, rent og pent. Dyrt sammenlignet med tilsvarende villaer med samme standard. Frokosten var veldig dårlig, kun to stekte egg med en brødskive, kaffe og en juice. "This hotel is wonderful. You can snorkel with turtles straight from the beach, there is a lot of coral so you will need beach shoes. There are plenty of sun loungers, bean bags and cabanas. It is approx 10 minute cycle from the port and it’s possible to rent bicycles directly from the hotel. The family room was a good size, very clean and beds really comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Greta variety including a fresh egg station. Small play area for the children. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back"

"We had a wonderful stay at Qunci Villas. We were upgraded from a sea view room to room 23, which had fantastic views. Food was fabulous, spa treatments very good. Due to travel problems we had to stay an extra night in another room in the garden area and at the far side of the resort. The room was lovely, but the noise from the local mosque was quite intrusive, especially at 5.10am! Earplugs were offered and of course local customs have to be respected, but if we had booked 4 nights in that room we would have been most disappointed. Overall, beautiful resort, excellent staff, lovely gardens and artwork, but choose your room carefully."
