"Great uptown location!!! Just steps aways from the Fountain of Youth and the old Jail attractions. Room was clean. If the housekeeper misses your room, you can get extra towels, toiletries and plastic trash bags from the front lobby staff. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. They had meat, scrambled eggs, cereal, coffee, Hot chocolate, bagels, and biscuits."

"The room was awesome. Nice comfortable king bed, plenty of space in the bedroom, bathroom and separate living room/ eat in breakfast nook. The tile in the bathroom was beautiful with a nice hot shower. We enjoyed the fire pits in the morning for breakfast and in the evening. Staff was phenomenally polite and helpful. Breakfast was hot scones, croissants and muffins plus bacon, frittatas, salmon & capers plus fruit and yogurt. The only minor inconvenience was that the internet connection didn’t work well in the room and I had to go up to the office area to connect. "

"Hotel was beautifully decorated. But we would have liked to see one Menorah among all of the festive decorations. Our room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful terrace. The staff were excellent and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!"
