"Unfortunately there were a handful of issues that I did not discover early enough in the day to address with staff, but these two were a problem for me. 1) There was no temperature control, so I had to sleep on the ground level with my patio door open. 2) There was a small piece of faeces (poop) on the front of the bathroom counter by the toilet paper. Needless to say this was not a comfortable night for me. FOH staff were not on duty yet when I left."

"The toilet was dirty I reported it right away and send a picture. The unit we reserved was not waterfront like advertised Dissatisfied with that hope we can get some money back because it was expensive "

"The hot tub was overly chlorinated and towels were not present at pool area. I had to walk back to my room completely wet which was awkward but at least no one saw me. Apparently I was supposed to pick up towel at front desk which I didn't realize until it was too late. I've never had to do that at a hotel before. Also, I didn't like this area much as there aren't great food options. "

"Friendly staff. Used the 4am free airport shuttle on checkout. Very efficient. "
