Hotel was pretty off the way and reaching here was a task. If you hire a scooter / bike upfront, it becomes easier to reach here. The hotel was more like a motel and limited food options for vegetarian. The staff responded at its own pace in evening, while in the morning response time reduces because owner is present at that time.

String of unfortunate events with this booking. At check in couldn't find my booking which was for twin beds as we were celebrating my mother's birthday. Due to hotel's mistake, they had to relocate us to the bungalows where me and my mother had to share a queen. Bungalow had very flimsy doors that moved even when locked and was very noisy from thin wood walls. Unfortunately, on first night we realised they hadn't changed the bed sheets which had yellow stains and dirt marks on it. Though they changed it after i raised it with them, we noticed that the bath towels were also dirty. Feeling bad about all the problems, we didn't approach them again regarding the towels and used the pool towels instead. When we tried to shower, first there was a huge spider which reception was kind enough to help remove. But upon starting the shower, the shower head broke off. It took them a day to fix this so we used the broken pipe (which was rusting) to shower. Our booking included breakfast. No one told us what time breakfast was or reminded us our booking included breakfast. On the third day we were told it included juice which we didnt have on the second day. A redeeming factor i thought was that they offered free pick up and drop offs at the harbour which was confirmed through our expedia chat. I used it for the drop off but the driver asked us to pay at the destination. Almost missed my boat time due to confusion. Hotel didnt reply to my requests of clarification or help and slient
