A small hotel for budget travelers. Room is very basic and small but clean. Limited facility but good for a comfortable overnight night stay.

Location is good and the interior is well designed

Good location near to shopping complex and lots of shops and eating place within the vicinity.

Hotel is located very close to LRT Masjid Jamek Interchange Station and have proper pedestrian pavement to hotel, very convenient. Hotel is surrounded with many Indian restaurants. There are also major fast food chain around the LRT Station. It is also walking distance to Central Market and Chinatown. Check-in was quick and Internet is fast and stable. Elevator stops at every floor including the roof terrace. Room has free toiletries, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, in-room laptop...

The location is good, good showers, friendly staff, the capsule is clean and cool. I had a pleasant stay at here :)

Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there.

Stated "free parking" but only public parking lots in front of hotel and it's not free in the day. Room is extremely small - only 2 ft walking space around the bed. Toilet is micro size - able to reach the shower and basin while sitting on the WC. Reception is extremely friendly and helpful. Free coffee and tea vending machine. Fantastic location and near to many local and good restaurants

Good value. Next to the hotel is a huge shopping mall and some fast food outlets within walking distance.

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. I would say staff is great and polite, especially Ms Intan who is always so helpful and accommodating making our stay really pleasant. Rooms are clean and whatever is required is there. Ample parking spaces and the hotel location is easily accessible to Jonker area and the city. Also lots of nice food around the hotel location. Highly recommended!

Staff is patient and attentive to query
