No frills motor inn, you get more than you expect. Owners are really putting great effort to keep it pleasant and very clean.

The rooms are located in a separate building in the back of the property. In the front buildings there seems to be permanent residents that were drunken and disorderly at the time of our arrival which was concerning and unsettling. The person checking us in was very pleasant. Our unit on the second floor was clean, but the building is old and in desperate need of updating and renovation. The online photos make the place look nicer than it actually is.

This place was great value. It was clean and the staff was nice. The downside is its a very old motel that os falling aprt. There was water damage on the walls and roof with what looked to be mold.

Unit was clean and quiet. Property well secured. Fan was in bedroom to supplement the wall mounted A/C. Free WiFI was a plus. 40 minute brisk walk north to Westminster Ave. Plenty of shopping and dining close by. Did the job for an overnight stay while in town for Okanagan Trestles Tour.

The staff were pleasant enough, but please be aware, this is a one star motel, with broken furniture, lamps, bathroom fixtures, windows, etc. Extremely basic.

Noisy, Guests sitting outside rooms having parties or open doors watching, blocking paths to get to room, ac loud and going off and on, etc. Loose dog around approaching people.

I really likes this place! felt super community driven the pool in the middle was super cute; beautiful flowers and garden area around this motel. Staff were easy to communicate with and early check-in was not a problem. The bathroom needed a good deep clean but all in all was pretty nice! Bedding was great Only concerns is that the AC units are located at the front of the buildings, our Neighbours were smoking cigarettes and weed till about 1am, when the ac unit was on this was coming straight into our room, luckily there is a second bedroom in the motel we stayed in and we moved 1/2 thru the night to have a better sleep due to this.

Lots of effort to give an old place a facelift but was really run down with white paint just rolled over everything including the bathtub which had paint chips plugging the drain. Owners seemed nice. Lots of homeless very close by the Motel so a little sketchy.

The property was fine. Only problem was that we needed to leave early (before 7 am) and there was no restaurants (including McDonald's except for the drive through).. We had been wanting a sit down breakfast somewhere.

Owner was so friendly and outgoing made our stay so much nicer. Always greeted us with a smile. Room was comfy and clean. My husband locked himself in bathroom so owner had to rescue him which makes for a good joke on him. Owner had the most friendly black lab we fell in love with him/her. Pool was super clean as well 10/10
