Property is nice, well maintained. Pros: Very close to beach. Room was clean on arrival. Cons: Missed one basic amenity(microwave), good to have that. Should have daily room and bins cleaning.

Excellent location, right across from the beach. Walkable and bike friendly. Nicely updated room. Clean and quite (stayed over Easter weekend), may be noisy in the summer months. All check-ins, check-outs and your questions are done thru text messaging, which is fast and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Very quiet stay for March in penticton. Room appeared to be freshly updated. It would have been nice if the rooms had headboards. The new Samsung smart frame tvs were a nice modern touch with the furnishings. Great comfortable stay

Great location on Lakeshore Drive. Beach across the road. Check-in is just with a code number provided via e-mail. Room has been improved recently. Still an old style motel. If you are going to an event at the SS Sicamous, as we were, it is a convenient room for the night.

We loved our 1 night getaway at KVBR. It was a great location across fom the lake and we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants in the area. We were only here 1 night but you could walk so many places from this location...main street, Vees game, and more! The asthetic is so cute and well maintained and help was just a text away. Parking was free right outside our door and keyless entry is very convenient! No keys to lose! I would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are updated and have all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff are helpful and communication was easy. Only issue, the beds in the 2 bedroom suite are a bit small for two people. But that's personal preference.
