"I enjoyed my stay here, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was a little old-looking but comfortable enough for me. I had a balcony room, which was nice for sitting out there with a local brew, watching a bustling street."

"The breakfast is very good. The rooms are ok but in need of an upgrade, which I think is in progress. The staff and everyone I came in contact with was top notch. If you get breakfast ask for Rudy absolutely the best service! "

Poor condition.

"This place was in a very poor condition. The washing machine didnt work and this was main reason i booked so i could was clothes before next part of my trip. The room was really run down and in a poor state. The room smelt and so did the main corridor outside. They charge 500 php to clean the room but make you take away your own rubbish before you leave. The aircon smelt bad and actually made me sick the next morning. Sorry but I would not recommend this."

I wouldn’t stay here again

"I wouldn’t stay there again. Too many things broken. The TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi (router connected but no internet), the bed was broken, hot water in the shower was inconsistent (scalding to cold cycling every 30 seconds) and the elevators slow. There are only two elevators in a large tower and to go up or down involved a long wait and many stops. That got tedious. "

Unhappy with communication.

"I booked at this property for my family who just got in married in Cotabato, then travelled to see a family in Bukidnon before flying back to New Zealand. However, they were not able to use the accommodation because the cellphone number given is unreachable. Because of time difference, I only got the messages of my family the following day telling me that they were unable to contact the owner. I sent a message if I can get a refund and give the money to the newly wed as my gift, but I haven’t heard any reply from the hosts. I feel gutted and wasted my money. Unit number was not clearly mentioned. Pls help me get a refund at least. Thank you"
