"When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business.
Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply.

You bell boy is an actual bell boy and will respond when you ring the bell, while on duty, he clocked out at 8pm which was fine. But bell boy Carrie’s luggage up and down stairs for you. Try to limit the amount of luggage you bring "
