"Absolutely lovely place to stay. The staff were super friendly and couldn't help enough. I have to say i didn't know what to expect with the photos on hotels.com- i thought it might be a bit tired but it's absolutely not. It's lovely, modern, smells amazing, has a phenomenal outside firepit bit, lovely bar and restaurant and is perfectly placed for Stratford- we didn't use the car the whole time we were there. It's amazing. Can't recommend it enough. Just perfect. "

"Only stayed one night, standard room not sure what to expect. However, no water bottle given was a shock as that seems to be a basic supply from all hotels. The room shape was awkward, slanted ceiling meant bumping your head over your bed is very possible especially for older people or those who can be clumsy! The heater made some strange noise occasionally and can certainly affect those who are sensitive to noise or light sleeper. Didn’t use any of the facilities so cannot comment. We arrived early but wasn’t allowed to check in until 3pm! Breakfast was ok, had to wait for resupply of food as ran out quickly.. minimum choice options. "

"The view from the room was terrible. It was a concrete square with tyres. The furniture was plasticky. For the price really wasn’t worth it on top of that our sleep was disrupted by people fighting and the police being called. I wish I booked the Holiday Inn."

"Booked a Junior Suite and very disappointed with the room - bed was very uncomfortable, walls very thin so kept awake for most of the night with noises in the corridor and adjacent rooms, room amenities were outdated and poorly maintained."

"Mid week overnight stay. We had the golf view. Used the pool, outdoor hot tub and sauna. Had evening meal which was lovely and reasonable price. Buffet style breakfast. Staff friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. "
