"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. We visited to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday, and the resort made these special occasions truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Jennifer, the Celebrations Manager, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Her warmth, attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel incredibly special, and she went above and beyond to ensure our celebrations were memorable. We enjoyed a fantastic range of experiences, including water activities, a cooking class and cocktail making, as well as beautiful surprises and special treats for our celebrations. Our meal at the Indian restaurant was outstanding, and the food throughout the resort was consistently incredible. We would also like to thank Monisha, who gave us such a warm welcome on arrival, and Babita, who ensured our room was spotless every day. Their care and kindness were truly appreciated. Every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. The hospitality was exceptional, creating a genuine feeling of warmth throughout the resort. "Thank you so much for an amazing experience! My husband and I booked SALT looking for a relaxing and chilled place and that is exactly what we got. Dheeraj and the team really looked after us, even making a personalised drink in a fresh coconut!! It was small gestures like this that made us feel so welcomed. They organised day trips and cabs for us, offered turn down services every night and we even got to have a full body massage in their beautiful spa with 20% off. We had a magical time and can’t thank everyone enough."
