"We recently stayed at Sirata Beach Resort and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The ocean view from our balcony was beautiful and one of the highlights of the trip. There was construction taking place on the beach side of the hotel during our stay, which unfortunately took away a little from the relaxing atmosphere, but we still had a great time. The pools were excellent and we especially appreciated the free laundry room, which was a nice added convenience for a longer stay. The front desk staff was also outstanding. When we needed to extend our stay and our original room was no longer available, they quickly helped us get another room directly across the hallway, making the transition incredibly easy. We also loved the live music and overall beach vibe at the resort. The biggest drawback was the food service at the outdoor bars, which was extremely slow throughout our stay. Because of that, we’d probably choose to eat elsewhere next time. Even with a few issues, we would definitely stay here again because of the location, views, amenities, and helpful staff."

"Bilmar staff went above and beyond. The lock was damaged on our sliding door and maintenance was in our room in minutes to repair it. From the front desk staff to housekeeping, everyone was so helpful and responded to our needs and requests immediately. We would definitely choose to stay at Bilmar again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with hot water but that was resolved once we brought it up to the desk. My only downfall is that were a little further from the beach. But there is a ride service offered at the hotel so that helped tremendously. We loved the pool and the pizza truck right outside. Super reasonable and delicious"

"The location is the best part-the beach is beautiful. The pools would have been perfect but they had a bug infestation and did not even try to keep the pool cleaned out with the dead ones or the walkways clean of the dead ones. A simple shop vac in the halls would have helped. The food was very good-tiki bar staff was great. Ordered room service twice from Drift-food was excellent-room service delivery man was super rude and super creepy. Housekeeping staff was friendly but they bang on the door like SWAT and come twice a day which is annoying. Front desk greeters aren’t friendly."
