"The room we were assigned at check in had a strong damp smell so I asked for a different room. The reception staff were happy to oblige, although they took the precaution of having so much air freshener sprayed in the second room it was difficult to breathe, let alone assess whether this room was also damp! We had to prop the door open and wait outside for 10 minutes until the smell subsided! Fortunately it was fine. After a shaky start, the rest of our three-night stay was pretty uneventful....

"Room was ok, clean , employees are very nice The restaurant is terrible The food I ordered was not fit to eat The steak only had 3 bites that I could eat It was almost all fat. The salad was not fresh And was very small. The hamburger from the previous night was extra terrible. I do not think it was real meat and looked like a child made it. No let us, not tomatoes, no onions. And the wrong kind of cheese I sent in laundry it came back dirtier that when I sent it in"

"have stayed a few times, always a good stay .only downside this time was I had interior room, no windows...like a dungeon except for that as usual the hotel never disappoints. staff wonderful, friendly and polite, breakfast 100% perfect...lobby bar area very nice and comfortable..."
