"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!"

"Overall an amazing place, we arrived too early for check in but we were allowed to have breakfast. We met a wonderful waiter called George who was by far the best team member there, exactly the person you want to meet after a flight, transfer and no sleep. I was annoyed when I was told I only had bed and breakfast, only for the receptionists to realise their mistake, I felt like they thought I was lying. I would of given this venue five out of five if it wasn’t for that incident."

"The hotel was very nice with fantastic welcoming staff. The location was good, clean and a really nice place to spend holidays. Had an issue with the temp room but I was switched immediately. Not too far from the nicest beaches. I will definitely stay there again."

"They say you get what you pay for. This was true. Whilst we had a lovely time I would certainly find it hard to recommend anyone going here. The rooms were not clean on arrival nor were they cleaned properly during our stay. When it came to the all inclusive element well don't ask for rose as they will try and papk you off with red and white mixed. Whilst we got our rose in the end this involved complaining constantly."

"We booked hotel for one night. I stay with my husband and baby. We arrive at 14.00 for check in but in reception they ask to wait another 30 min to prepare room. It wasn’t so comfortable because baby wanted sleep and it was too hot to wait. But receptionist lady was very kind and apologize for this. So room was big enough, clean, working air cond as it was very hot days. Just was no WiFi in room. Swimming pool was perfect. Breakfast was ok. I can’t tell so tasty but for price of hotel it was...
