We requested a different room and were told "All rooms face a wall" and no other rooms were available. The thermostat in our room was not working and the air conditioner was very noisy. The dining room was very small and hav a very limited menu and the bartender served as the waiter and server. We checked out a day early and will not return to any Sheraton."
