The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center
The hotel was clean and the bar served good food and drinks. Stayed there twice so far ands great experience both time.

Things to note: -had difficulty getting into front door with my code - had to call multiple times -original room smelled like mildew and bed was uncomfortable However: -customer service was 100/10.
