"Room was spacious. Beds were okay. Was surprised by cleanliness: floor wasn’t vacuumed, there was dirt in the bathroom on baseboards, especially behind the door; there was dirt behind the nightstand, coffeemaker wasn’t washed, glasses were wiped, not washed in the dishwasher, hairdryer was filthy. Rooms aren’t cleaned during the stay, not even garbage was picked up."

"By far one of the best hotels, I’ve ever stayed in Pittsburgh. I’ve stayed at the Omni—beautiful, high‑class, but surprisingly lacking in amenities. Drury has officially become my new go‑to. The breakfast is great, the afternoon dinner bites and drinks are a huge bonus, and the pool is fantastic. The rooftop is an even better place to relax and enjoy a few drinks. The staff is excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which truly makes you feel like you belong there. The only drawback is the parking situation, but that’s the case with most hotels. Parking at the Greyhound station, just a block away, was only $13 a night, and you really can’t beat that price."

"Our room had an incredibly comfy L-shaped couch and a round table and a small desk with desk chair and a little island with one stool, so lots of seating and eating options. The kitchenette was very functional (large fridge, two electric burners, sink, pots and pans, dishes, etc.). The bathroom was also good and had shelves to put your stuff on, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately there was a spot of mold on the wall above the sink and a little in the shower (but we ignored it). The closet and dresser setup was great as well (real hangers, not those stupid ones that are permanently attached to the rail). I didn't like that there was no real housekeeping service from day to day -- they will give you new towels but will not make your bed (even with the same sheets) or give you new soap. On the night we arrived our body wash pump was empty and we had to request a fresh one from the desk; they did not refill the one in the shower while we were there. The pool was on the small side but a nice amenity if you could catch it empty. The gym was tight and could have used more space for weights -- and additional bench and/or a few dedicated weight machines would be a very helpful upgrade, but there was no extra space. Breakfast was tasty (I loved the add-ins for the cereal!) and the whole breakfast area was clean and well-maintained."
