It was welcoming and comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful. The only negative thing I’d mention is that the vent in the bathroom looked like it should have been cleaned, but other than that, it was just lovely.

Great location to walk to the University areas. The staff was fantastic and the room was small but very nice. Breakfast options were very good.
