"The staff at the front desk are very helpful, Friendly , and positive. The lobby is cute and welcoming. The price is reasonable and the location, in a green courtyard off the street, makes it quiet. However, the property is poorly maintained. Hallways are very poorly lit, no air conditioning, not all the lights or the in room safe were working. There is a working kitchen but ours had a large stain on the floor. The water is hot, but cleaning service, the one time we requested it, didn't even...
