Custo beneficio muito bom. Mas trata-se de hotel antigo, algumas melhorias seriam bem vindas. O vidro do banheiro estava quebrado. Se dosse um dia de muito frio, seria dificil tomar banho ali. Cafe da manhã bacana. O atendimento impecável!!! Internet bem ruim também

O Hotel São Paulo, mesmo tendo um aspecto de não modernidade, me surpreendeu positivamente. A equipe da recepção foi super atenciosa, dando dicas do que fazer a noite. O hotel é antigo e está sob reformas. Excelente localização, próximo à praca Getúlio Vargas, facil acesso à Praça do Suspiro e teleférico. Staff simpática. Café da manhã com boa variedade. Não tem elevador no hotel, que possuí 3 andares. Como pontos para melhoria, o ventilador do quarto é lento,e o colchão e travesseiro poderiam ser mais confortáveis

O Hotel Sao Paulo e um tradicional hotel em Nova Friburgo. O predio e antigo, mas, bem conservado e limpo. Nao diria rustico, mas, antigo. Limpo, organizado e de facil acesso. Nos atendeu perfeitamente. Nao ha luxo, entao, nao esperem um hotel luxuoso. Contudo, o ambiente e agradavel e os funcionarios muito solicitos, educados e gentis. Eu recomendo muitissimo.

Ponto positivo: localização e a cordialidade dos funcionários. Negativo: o banheiro era pequeno, instalações antigas e, principalmente, as vagas do hotel para estacionar o carro eram muito limitadas.
