Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

"The Metropole is quite simply old world chic! The staff are amazing, everything is amazing. Be prepared to pay for dining and drinks but the quality of the food and service is well worth the treat.
