The unit looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s located on Jewelers Row convenient to Reading Terminal Market and many of the landmarks of the Old City.

Communication issues that couldn’t or wouldn’t be addressed!! It appears that it’s company owned that uses automated msgs via a 3rd party website/app called Second Stay to send msgs thru. I couldn’t get any msgs thru to them. I also didn’t like having to enter ALL my personal info on another website including drivers license/ID verification etc in order to ck in to my booking. I paid extra $ to be able to change/cancel my booking. However, it wouldn’t let me do that. Even though I sent msgs wks in advance thru the app I booked thru, this company or management team never responded. Tried to send msgs back via their 1-way portal but no way to do it. Therefore I was out the extra $50+ for “change/cancel” option as well as the 1st night we ended up not staying. Bathroom needs some attention. Door gets stuck enough that you think you are locked in when you aren’t. My husband had to get me out. Needs some hooks on doors or wall & extra shelves. No real vanity space. Only towel rack is coming out of wall. Shower needs mildew cleaned out of seams. It’s a real shame that I’m out probably $250-300 when I shouldn’t be. I’d like a refund on that. Traveler Beware!
