"Terrible customer service. The hotel ignored my urgent request for help with a booking error and told me to deal with the booking app. Even when the app contacted them, they refused to help. Completely unaccommodating and disappointing experience."

They went out of their way to make sure I had a quiet room which I had requested, My five day stay was completely enjoyable. I do not have one complaint. I will continue to use this hotel and recommend in the future. If you’re going to be staying in the airport hotel area I would highly recommend Sonesta Select."

"Poolside was comfortable but could’ve been more cleaner, however there were a good amount of people so of course everything had been out of place. "

"Room was ok, if a bit small. There was no coffee maker, and breakfast is not served in the restaurant. Probably would not stay here again."

"While the staff were kind, it is worth noting that this property is VERY noisy with limited soundproofing. Despite paying a premium for a high floor and staying on the 25th floor, we could still hear cars, sirens, footsteps, nearby showers, doors closing, and conversation. Due to the noise, our sleep was interrupted constantly and we left feeling exhausted."
