A very pleasant stay! The room we had was a true highlight! It was spacious and comfortable! The only thing was the air con was a little bit loud when it would kick in and times, but we slept very well. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff are very friendly as well! Really made the experience of visiting Philadelphia for the first time enjoyable! Would stay here again. It was very luxurious!

We chose this hotel because it is right across from the clinic where we had our appointment, but it also felt like a vacation because of all the comfort it offers. In our case, we needed a handicap-accessible room, and it was perfect for us. It had a walk-in shower, and the bed was at a comfortable height—not too high, which was important for us. We plan to stay here every time we come to Philly. Everything we needed was within walking distance, so we didn’t need taxis or Uber during our stay—only transportation to and from the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was truly amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Felicia and the night shift receptionist deserve special recognition—they were both incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Their warm and professional service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and a stress-free stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

We arrived from a cruise ship much too early to check in but, to our delight, they had a room prepared and allowed us access. The hotel was in a terrific location just off Market Street and close to a Phlash bus stop giving easy access to lots of places of interest. The room was on the 5th floor overlooking a square and was spacious, modern, comfortable, clean and bright. The bar and dining room were beautifully decorated for Halloween and the staff made us very welcome! One small blip was one of the reception staff with the black scarf was a little rude on one occasion when asked to access the residents lounge. Overall we were delighted with the hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting Philly.

Canopy is a beautiful hotel and very comfortable. The service was fantastic. Front desk staff were helpful and fulfilled every request we had. It's in a great location and close enough to walk to many of the historical sites and restaurants.

The Canopy was centrally located to reach needed appointment on Walnut Street, and near historic sites as all were within walking distance. Room was clean and staff were excellent with directions and restaurant recommendations. We had a very nice stay.
