Very nice property, well-kept, modern and the rooms are well-appointed. I only stayed for one night, but I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hotel.

Great area to stay while traveling up North from NC to visit family. Very quiet, felt safe. Went a little off the beaten path to stay in this area. Pretty little town.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. This was not our favorite stay. What we loved - the man who checked us in was very helpful. In particular we appreciated that we let us know they had a wedding and put us on a quieter floor. The room was disappointing. It was dirty 0 had not been vacuumed well, our TV did not work and we had to ask twice for coffee replenishment.

Thank you for your honest review! With Courtyard's we offer a freshly made to order, better quality breakfast along with Starbucks coffee and specialty drinks. We understand it is not a complimentary breakfast buffet like some guests prefer, however we do offer breakfast included rates to make it less expensive. Hopefully we see you again next time you are coming to town!

Great place to stay with our dog! A courtyard to take him outside to play and a trail that surrounds the entire hotel/condo establishment which is great for walking. Amazing shops and food establishments are literally right around the corner. And everyone there is super friendly!

Odd breakfast arrangement
Nice hotel and as I appreciate the Starbucks coffee, I did not like the breakfast arrangement. The staff were nice and friendly, but it was easily backed up. We were not in a rush in the morning, but I could see it being inconvenient if you needed to be somewhere. Price was high for the quality.

1) Barking yipping dog in room next door. 2) The room door key access was cancelled (key cards wouldn't open door) automatically at 10 AM when check-out was 12 Noon and I had to go down to desk, go get my ID for them to reinstate my key card. 3) the sanitary dispenser in the elevator squirted liquid all over my clothing which I did not initiate (notice it was all over the floor in the elevator) ... why do you even have these ?

The room I was in did not have a working television. They called a maintenance guy up who “made a call” and left a voicemail. It never got fixed. I worked fifteen hour work day and wanted a place I kick it and relax at the end of the night and couldn’t even do that. You’d think for $206 a night on a TUESDAY, they would offer a better solution than making a call. I went to ask for a different room but was told they were “all booked.” The 75 empty parking spots in the lot say otherwise, but okay then, sure. Very dissatisfied.

Day staff were great throughout stay. But, late overnight staff (after 1:00am on 10/7) were unprofessional and not customer centric. One of our rooms had a deadbolt lock that got stuck throughout stay. Eventually resulting in a lockout at 2:00am. Staff was more concerned about "CYA" than correcting the problem. Evenutally, the problem was corrected by 4:00am. Resulting in being locked out of our room for 2 hours (2am-4am). Late overnight staff needs to trained in customer service principles. Day staff was well trained and professional.

Elevator hasn’t worked in over 18 months
The elevator is still not operating. We have stayed here over 7 times in the last 18 months. Since that first stay 18 months ago the elevator has been inoperable. The TV remote in our room did not work.

Hi Ashley, thank you for your feedback and we apologize on the elevator issue and how it has impacted your previous stays! It is never our intention to impact our guests like this, especially for so long. Unfortunately, you are correct, one of the two elevators has been down off and on since late last year due to a major part that is back ordered- it hasn't been quite a year yet though. Please know we have and still are working hard on getting this part in and installed to have both functioning for our guests and assisting guests the best that we can. It is in the works and should be fixed within the next few months.
