Decent stay for the price. Some employees at the breakfast seem not very happy to serve clients. I understand that sometimes you have to deal with perdonnal stuff (everyone has their oen issues) but a smile does not kill anyone.

Great place!

We had a nice stay here. The front desk staff was very nice and helped us with anything needed. The lobby and room was clean and well set up. Our family enjoyed the pool and fitness equipment. We will definitely choose here again if we come back to the area.

Unclean room.

Our room smelled like marijuana and all they could offer was a smaller room with a smaller bed, we didnt take this offer as it didnt make sense with the price we paid. Walls were filthy with some sort of brown liquid stains and crawling with ants. We asked for soap since there was none in our room. Took 3 days of bugging to get a bar of soap. Stayed here two years ago and had a much better experience. Not sure what happened since then.

Great location! Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location walking distance to a couple restaurants and bars. King of Prussia Mall is a short drive away. They have an awesome complementary happy hour with two free drinks and snacks. Highly recommend!

More Staff Needed

Unfortunately, the hotel was severely understaffed on this day. My room was not ready at check in (3:00) when I arrived, I had to wait 2 hours to check in. The staff who was present made ever effort to accommodate but there were not enough staff available. Also, I had a pull out sofa bed and there were no sheets, pillows or blankets for it, when I called down for them, I had to come downstairs to get them because there wasn't enough staff to cover the front desk and do room service. We made the best of our stay. The pool was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good, so many options and omelets and french toast to order. The staff who were present were very nice and as helpful as they could be. I think if there had been adequate staff, this would have been a better experience.
