Excellent breakfast in the morning. Rooms were clean. Smelled a little moldy and the air conditioner made an annoying sound but other than that it was great! Great location, friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again.

Location is great! Front Desk Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient and kitchen staff happy to assist and answer questions. Room was well stocked. Pretty clean, although we did find someone's lost sock on the ground under the counter. Only negative was the lack of towel bars in the bathroom.

Everything was great except we were there for a warm weekend and there was no air conditioning in the lobby or elevators. I really felt for the staff that had to endure that all day. Also, if the elevators broke, you would have been roasting

We had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Convention Center. When my daughter was unwell, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They kindly provided her with food and even offered to take her to a nearby CVS to help us get what she needed. Their genuine care, kindness and willingness to assist meant a great deal to us, especially as we were away from home. Truly exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended.

My family and I have traveled a great deal in the past few years and we always choose to stay at a Home 2 Suites. It has breakfast in the morning so one meal I don’t have to think about. It has the option to cook in your room with an almost full size refrigerator. Plus in the previous ones we have stayed on the beds were mostly comfortable, even the pull out couch bed. However, out generally good experience ended at this Home 2 Suites in Philadelphia. The beds are so rock

Hotel is in a wonderful location right across the street from Reading Market, where you can find just about any kind of food. You are within walking distance to many important sights. Breakfast was good, but the schedule changes on certain days, so ask about breakfast hours.

This is my second bday trip to Philly and I wanted to stay close to my sister and brother in law, they were the best choice. My brother in law came to check in with me and when we entered the room, we were both very impressed with it. I have never been in such a luxurious room. Super clean, spacious and comfortable. Simply remarkable. The staff were wonderful too, very polite and friendly. I wanted to shoutout one of the lovely ladies who serves breakfast, during my first breakfast, she was so sweet and took extra care and time to ensure I was able to have such a great experience. Definitely the best stay I have ever had and I will definitely be staying there again.
